Caythorpe CC Membership Subscriptions 2025
Why do we have Membership subscriptions?
Membership of the club is a necessity for any player or person using the club on a regular basis, with benefits including use of our wonderful facilities, coach-led training sessions and access to our bar to name but a few. The need for membership reflects that we are a members’ club, run by members, for members and is part of our constitution.
This year membership fees must increase due to inflationary pressure on our operating costs (utilities, ground, equipment etc.) resulting in a £3k loss for last season. We have kept the increases to a minimum but need to make sure the club ‘breaks even’ in 2025.
Proposed membership subscriptions per season for 2025 and 2026 season are available on Facebook and/or via email.
The membership year runs from 1 April 2025 – 31st March 2026.
Early payment fee is available to 30th April 2025, after this date the only option available on Pitchhero will be the full amount. Payment can be made in full before 30th April 2025 via Pitchhero or by 4 equal payments on 15th April, May, June and July.
Social Membership is included in each of the playing rates. Parent membership is included in the Junior rates. Social membership rate has been reduced for 2025 as It is a requirement of the licence that use of the club outside match day can only be by members, therefore will be collecting this fee for 2025 onwards.
Match Fees 2025
Proposed match fees for 2025 are as follows:
Men £10 Women £6 Student £6 Cup £5
If you are struggling with the costs of membership, please contact us in confidence. We are committed to providing cricket for all and there are options available to ensure all members can participate fully in our programme.
Incentive Scheme
The club has struggled to fill important voluntary positions and find regular volunteers to maintain club and fundraising activities over the last few years. The club is proposing to introduce an incentive scheme on membership fees for 2025 to help recruiting volunteers to drive the club forward, details are available via Facebook and/or email.
In all cases, discounts apply for regular and dedicated volunteering roles and not for ad-hoc help or support. Unless agreed previously with the club, discounts on membership fees will be activated by reimbursement of fees to the member at end of the season.
